		<description>It's not illegal in the UK . .  yet . . . so long as you're on public property when you take the picture, even if the thing you're photographing is on private property. The thing is, the high streets and shopping areas are increasingly being moved into private malls ruled by rent-a-cops like this guy. This is not a good thing for anyone. Mike Davis highlighted some of the bigger problems with this:
